We aim to provide continuity of care, with the same dentist overseeing your treatment wherever possible. Should additional expertise from another clinician, dental hygienist or specialist be beneficial, we will discuss our recommendations with you, and any further care will only be arranged with your prior agreement.

Dr. Vitor Malta is an accomplished Restorative and Cosmetic Dentist with more than 17 years of clinical experience and a distinguished academic background in advanced restorative dentistry. His career has been shaped by a commitment to excellence, continuous postgraduate education and a philosophy centred on preserving natural teeth while creating beautiful, harmonious and highly natural results.

Vitor graduated in Dentistry from the University of Lisbon in 2008, where he was awarded both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. In 2011, he moved to England to pursue advanced postgraduate training in Restorative Dentistry, completing a four-year MSc programme under the guidance of some of the country’s highly respected specialists in the field. He undertook this prestigious postgraduate programme at the Eastman Dental Institute, University College London (UCL) — one of the world’s leading centres for advanced dental education and research. The comprehensive programme encompassed three progressive stages of postgraduate education — Certificate, Diploma and MSc — and Vitor excelled throughout the programme, achieving exceptional academic results and being awarded Distinction for his overall Master’s degree as well as for his research thesis. This academic achievement reflects his dedication not only to clinical excellence, but also to the scientific principles and evidence-based approaches that underpin modern restorative dentistry.

His passion for education and minimally invasive dentistry was further demonstrated through his MSc research thesis, which explored the Teaching of Minimally Invasive Dentistry. His research was awarded a Distinction and was subsequently selected for presentation at the prestigious Association for Dental Education in Europe (ADEE) Annual Meeting in Berlin in 2019, where Vitor was invited to present his work to an international audience of dental educators and professionals.

Vitor is a strong advocate of biomimetic and minimally invasive dentistry — a philosophy that seeks to preserve as much of the natural tooth as possible while restoring its strength, function and appearance. By combining meticulous treatment planning with advanced adhesive techniques, modern materials and a detailed understanding of dental aesthetics, he strives to create restorations that are not only beautiful, but also look, feel and function as naturally as possible.

His commitment to lifelong learning has continued throughout his career. He has also undertaken two years of postgraduate training in Implantology at the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons of England in London, further broadening his clinical knowledge and experience in implant dentistry and comprehensive restorative treatment.

He has subsequently continued to develop his expertise through additional courses, congresses and advanced training in modern guided implantology. Today, a significant proportion of his implant placements are digitally planned and performed using surgical guides, an approach that allows for greater precision and a more minimally invasive surgical technique, contributing to predictable treatment outcomes and a smoother post-operative recovery.

Vitor has a particular passion for cosmetic and restorative dentistry, especially smile makeovers and sophisticated, natural-looking restorations. His work encompasses comprehensive restorative treatments, minimally invasive veneers and onlays, crowns and bridges, surgical and implant dentistry, as well as alignment treatments using clear aligner systems such as Invisalign. His approach is highly individualised, with treatment carefully tailored to each patient’s facial characteristics, smile, needs and long-term oral health rather than simply following a predetermined aesthetic formula.

Beyond his technical expertise, Vitor is known for his calm, gentle and approachable manner. He genuinely enjoys helping patients feel comfortable, listened to and confident throughout their dental journey, particularly those who may have had difficult previous experiences or feel anxious about dental treatment. For him, dentistry is not simply about improving a smile — it is about helping people regain the confidence to smile, laugh and enjoy life without hesitation.

Throughout his career, Vitor has attended numerous professional courses, conferences, congresses and academic forums, continually expanding his knowledge and remaining at the forefront of developments in modern dentistry. He believes that staying curious, challenging conventional approaches and embracing lifelong learning are essential to delivering the highest standards of contemporary dental care.

Outside dentistry, Vitor enjoys travelling, live music, hiking, swimming in the sea, and spending time with his family and friends.

Dr. Hugo Pinto is a highly respected Specialist Periodontist and academic clinician with more than 20 years of experience in specialist periodontology, implant dentistry, postgraduate education and clinical leadership. Practising between Lisbon and Manchester, he has built an international career combining specialist referral practice with academic teaching, research and the education of the next generation of dental professionals.

Hugo is currently Programme Director of the MSc in Periodontology at the University of Manchester, where he has been a Clinical Lecturer since 2013. He also lectures at the University of Lisbon and at Tipton Training, a long-established provider of postgraduate dental education in the UK. Through these academic roles, he is closely involved in postgraduate education, curriculum development, clinical supervision and research, as well as delivering lectures and hands-on teaching to dental professionals both in the UK and internationally.

His specialist clinical practice focuses on periodontology and implant dentistry, with particular expertise in regenerative periodontal surgery, mucogingival surgery and the management of complex multidisciplinary cases. He regularly receives referrals for patients requiring advanced periodontal and implant treatment, working closely with referring dentists and other specialists to provide carefully planned, evidence-based care. His approach is centred on preserving natural tissues wherever possible and achieving healthy, stable and long-lasting results.

Hugo has an extensive academic background, having completed a PhD in Restorative Dentistry (Periodontology) at the University of Manchester in 2025. His postgraduate education also includes specialist training in Periodontology and Implant Dentistry at the University of Lisbon, an MSc in Dental Sciences, a Postgraduate Diploma in Implant Dentistry from IRO in Lisbon and a Diploma in Clinical Periodontology from the University of Gothenburg.

Alongside his clinical and teaching commitments, Hugo is actively involved in research and academic scholarship. He has presented his work at major international scientific meetings, including EuroPerio, and has contributed to publications in peer-reviewed dental journals. His academic work reflects a continued commitment to advancing the understanding and standards of periodontal and implant care.

For Hugo, specialist dentistry is about more than addressing a periodontal or implant problem. It begins with listening carefully, understanding each patient’s individual circumstances and developing a treatment plan that is both scientifically grounded and tailored to their needs. His combination of specialist expertise, academic experience and calm, considered approach enables him to manage complex cases with precision while ensuring that patients feel informed, comfortable and confident throughout their care.

Hugo is registered with the General Dental Council as a Specialist Periodontist and is also a Specialist Periodontist registered with the Ordem dos Médicos Dentistas. He is a member of leading professional organisations including the European Federation of Periodontology, the Portuguese Society of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry and the British Society of Periodontology.

Fluent in Portuguese and English, with additional knowledge of German and French, Hugo brings a genuinely international perspective to both his clinical practice and academic work. Dr. Anna Fekete is a dual-qualified Medical Doctor and Dentist, and a Specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, with more than two decades of surgical experience. This unique combination of medical and dental expertise, together with her extensive specialist training and experience across leading Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery departments in the UK, enables her to provide highly specialised care with a comprehensive understanding of oral health, surgery and facial anatomy.

Anna graduated in Medicine and Dentistry from Semmelweis University in Budapest, before completing specialist training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Her dual medical and dental education provides a particularly strong foundation for the diagnosis and surgical management of conditions affecting the mouth, jaws and face. During her training, she also gained valuable experience in private dental practice, developing a broad foundation across both surgical and restorative dentistry.

Following completion of her specialist training in 2010, Anna relocated to the United Kingdom, where she worked in several internationally recognised Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery departments, including St George’s Hospital, University College London Hospital, The Royal London Hospital, Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead. This broad experience exposed her to an extensive range of complex surgical conditions and procedures, including facial trauma, orthognathic and craniofacial surgery, cleft and reconstructive surgery, oral pathology and complex dentoalveolar surgery.

Anna subsequently spent almost seven years as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at Jersey General Hospital, where she became an experienced and trusted specialist within the local community. Alongside her hospital practice, she provided specialist oral surgery services within private dental practices, working closely with referring dentists and other clinicians to deliver carefully planned, evidence-based surgical care.

Her current clinical practice combines advanced oral surgery, implant dentistry and facial aesthetics. Her surgical expertise includes the removal of impacted wisdom teeth and complex dental extractions, dental implant placement and restoration, bone grafting and sinus augmentation, as well as advanced soft-tissue management and grafting. She also provides the assessment and surgical management of benign oral and facial lesions.

Alongside her surgical practice, facial aesthetics is an important area of Anna’s work. Her medical and surgical background provides a strong foundation for understanding facial anatomy, proportion and the natural movement of facial tissues. She provides anti-wrinkle treatments and facial rejuvenation procedures, with an emphasis on subtle, refined and natural-looking results that enhance rather than alter each patient’s individual features.

Anna is committed to providing precise, minimally traumatic and carefully considered treatment, using contemporary techniques designed to maximise patient comfort and support efficient recovery. Whether providing surgical or aesthetic care, she places particular importance on listening carefully to each patient, explaining treatment options clearly and developing an approach tailored to their individual needs.

She also places great value on close collaboration with referring clinicians. Following treatment, Anna provides comprehensive clinical reports to support clear communication and continuity of care, allowing patients to return seamlessly to the care of their general dentist or other treating clinician.

Anna is registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) as a Specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and with the General Dental Council (GDC) as a Dental Practitioner and as a Specialist in Oral Surgery. Her dual qualifications in Medicine and Dentistry, combined with her specialist surgical training and more than two decades of experience, place her in a distinctive position to provide specialist oral, surgical and aesthetic care with a high level of clinical judgement, precision and compassion.

Dr Roy Feghali is a highly experienced dentist whose clinical practice has been dedicated exclusively to orthodontics for over 26 years, combining extensive international experience, advanced postgraduate training and a genuinely patient-centred approach to care.

Originally trained at Saint Joseph University in Beirut, Roy went on to complete postgraduate training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics at the University of Lille, France, where he was awarded the University Diploma in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics, graduating Majeur de Promotion. He subsequently completed the Certificate of Higher Studies in Orthodontics (CES ODF), further developing his knowledge and clinical expertise in the field.

Throughout his career, Roy has treated children, teenagers and adults, developing broad experience across modern orthodontic techniques and approaches. His clinical expertise includes fixed and removable appliances, clear aligner therapy and multidisciplinary treatment planning, with each treatment carefully tailored to the individual patient.

Roy believes that successful orthodontic treatment is about much more than creating a straighter smile. He places particular importance on understanding each patient’s needs, concerns and expectations, carefully balancing aesthetics, function, comfort and long-term stability. His calm and thoughtful approach allows him to build strong relationships with patients and families, helping them feel informed and confident throughout their treatment.

Having practised privately in Beirut from 1998 to 2021, as well as working as a visiting orthodontist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from 2001 to 2019, Roy brings a truly international perspective to his clinical practice. His extensive experience across different healthcare environments has allowed him to develop a broad understanding of orthodontic care while maintaining a strong commitment to contemporary techniques and continuing professional development.

Roy is registered with the UK General Dental Council as a dentist and has a special interest in orthodontics. He speaks English, French and Lebanese Arabic fluently, as well as intermediate Spanish, allowing him to communicate comfortably with patients from a wide range of backgrounds.

Outside dentistry, Roy enjoys skiing, swimming, cooking and travelling, particularly discovering new places, cultures and experiences.

Jacqui Le Breton is a highly experienced Dental Hygienist with more than 25 years of experience in private dental practice and a long-standing commitment to helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health.

Jacqui began her dental career with the Royal Army Dental Corps, where she qualified as a Dental Hygienist and developed a strong foundation in clinical care, professionalism and patient wellbeing. Since moving to Guernsey, she has continued to build an extensive career in private dentistry, gaining a wealth of experience and developing a gentle, thorough and highly personalised approach to patient care.

Known for her kind, compassionate and reassuring manner, Jacqui takes the time to listen to her patients and understand their individual concerns and needs. She is passionate about creating a calm and comfortable environment, helping patients feel at ease while providing clear, practical advice and personalised treatment to support their long-term oral health.

Jacqui believes that effective dental hygiene is about more than simply maintaining healthy teeth and gums. She enjoys educating and empowering her patients, helping them understand their oral health and giving them the knowledge and confidence to maintain it between visits. She keeps her clinical knowledge and skills continually up to date, embracing current techniques and developments in dental hygiene to ensure her patients receive a high standard of evidence-based care.

Alongside her career in dentistry, Jacqui has developed a strong interest in skin health and medical aesthetics. In 2012, she established Medical Aesthetic Skincare, through which she has continued to expand her knowledge and experience in modern aesthetic treatments and the latest developments in the field.

Her unique combination of extensive dental experience, expertise in skin health and passion for patient wellbeing reflects her commitment to helping people feel healthy, confident and comfortable in themselves.
